In collaboration with the marketing manager, I was tasked with designing a hoarding for their commercial real estate property in Adelaide. Despite receiving minimal brief, the client was receptive to my suggestions on the content for each panel. Our primary objective was to create an eye-catching and informative hoarding that effectively communicated the property’s unique features and benefits, while maintaining a cohesive and professional appearance.
To achieve this, I decided to include panels detailing the amenities offered, promoting the work-life balance philosophy with photos and relevant phrases, and highlighting leasing opportunities with different text treatments. The final product was a visually striking hoarding, meticulously designed according to a specific style guide, which successfully attracted attention and generated interest in the property.
