In collaboration with the marketing manager, I designed a brochure and a newsletter for Enoteca Sileno, a high-end Italian retail shop on Lygon Street, Melbourne. The brochure featured a unique design with a raw wooden panel on one side and a clean, crisp layout of various hampers on the other. Despite the absence of a formal brief, the client was extremely pleased with the result.
The newsletter provided information about news and upcoming events at Enoteca Sileno, showcased new products imported from Italy, and highlighted special gift-packs available during the Christmas season. The idea was to create a newsletter that portrayed the rustic look of old Italy. The combination of old Italian charm and the crisp clean layout produced a unique and elegant look when printed on 100% recycled paper.
Deliverables
[Brochure Design] Created a distinctive quarter-fold brochure that effectively highlights the shop’s products, combining raw and refined elements to capture the brand’s essence.
[Newsletter Design] Designed a 32-page newsletter (210mm x 210mm, saddle-stapled, printed on 100% recycled paper) that combined old Italian charm with a crisp, clean layout to provide information about Enoteca Sileno’s news, upcoming events, and new products.
